Paloma and Jeremy are great. The 5 stars are for the staff. But the guideline of Nissan service is ridiculous and it’s meant to overcharge me. While Jeremy offered the Nissan goodwill program but it’s still 3x more than what I was supposed to spend. And if I could rate them, its a -10
