How to Connect to Nissan Bluetooth

Nissan Bluetooth

For those in Torrance who own a new or used Nissan vehicle, there’s the handy and practical feature, known as Nissan Bluetooth. Are you not sure about connecting to Nissan Bluetooth in your new car purchase? Don’t worry, a lot of Nissan buyers often ask us about how to connect to Nissan Bluetooth after they purchase their vehicle.

Dealing with Nissan Bluetooth phone pairing is something Nissan of Torrance is used to. We want you to upgrade your experience while driving down those Gardena roads. If you’re unsure, give us a call at 844-840-3700 or contact us online.

Nissan Bluetooth Phone Pairing

It doesn’t matter whether you have an Apple iPhone or some Android option, you’ll be able to handle Nissan Bluetooth pairing with the following instructions:

  1. First, go to “Settings” and locate your Bluetooth option. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth if you haven’t already done so.
  2. If your Nissan car has a built-in navigation system, Press the phone button on your car’s audio system. Next, click on “Connect” and then “Connect New Device.” However, if your car doesn’t have a built-in navigation system, Press the Enter/Setting button on your Nissan. Click on “Bluetooth” and then “Add Phone.”
  3. Turn your attention back to your smartphone once more. Go to “Settings” then “Bluetooth” and select “MY-CAR.”
  4. Now, you should be able to see a PIN on both your phone and your Nissan. If they’re the same number, you can accept the pairing request on your mobile phone.

At this point, your phone pairing will be completed and you can enjoy all the features and benefits of Bluetooth Phone Pairing while driving in Carson.

How to Troubleshoot Nissan Bluetooth

Now if you’ve followed all the steps on how to connect to Nissan Bluetooth, but your Bluetooth Phone Pairing has failed, Nissan of Torrance has some options to troubleshoot and fix it:

  • Make sure there’s no nearby devices with Bluetooth turned on, as that is the most common reason why Bluetooth pairing doesn’t work in your vehicle.
  • You should have your phone close to the system in your Nissan vehicle for the most prominent signal strength.
  • Is your phone suffering from low battery? Charge it beforehand and try to connect to Nissan Bluetooth again once it has more power.

If your Nissan Bluetooth still isn’t paired and working after doing these troubleshooting steps, come on down to the Nissan of Torrance service center and have one of our technicians help you out.
