Horrible I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent service appointment. I brought my vehicle in for service and was informed that the work would take approximately four hours to complete. The dealership arranged an Uber ride for me to return home while my vehicle was being serviced. After being home for about five hours, I received a call advising me that my vehicle was ready for pickup, although an additional part needed to be ordered and would arrive the following day. I acknowledged the update, and another Uber ride was arranged for me to return to the dealership and retrieve my vehicle. Unfortunately, the Uber driver passed my pickup location. When I contacted the driver, I was informed that the information they received indicated that the pickup location was the dealership itself rather than my home address. I immediately called the service department and explained the situation to a staff member because my service advisor was unavailable. I was told that my advisor would be notified and that another Uber ride would be arranged. I then waited approximately 45 minutes but never received confirmation of a new ride. I called the dealership again, requested to speak with my advisor, and was told he was unavailable. I then asked to speak with a manager and was informed that the manager had already left for the day and that there was no one available to assist me. After waiting more than an hour, my service advisor finally returned my call. I explained that I had been waiting outside for approximately 45 minutes for a replace

Great service but excessively long wait time for oil change service 2+ hours past time of 10am appointment

It was a little slow and busy, but marcel was very helpful. You vending machines however need maintaince

I don't understand how a person that should have been released gets a promotion. Chris was undeserving to be the Service Manager even for a day.

Everyone at Nissan of Torrance was very welcoming and helpful. I was first greeted by Geovanni, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the whole process feel straightforward and transparent. When I contacted his direct line or sent him a text, he always responded promptly and listened to all my concerns. His professionalism combined with his easy-going personality made for a very positive experience for me.

Geovanni, Keith, Lily were patient helpful and professional. Great service! I am Happy about this purchase.

Quick service, with most of my needs met. It would be a better experience if the things that needed to be fixed on the used car or replaced in a quicker manner and a follow up in regards to the ordering of the parts as well.

I've been here several times. Everything was very good. Dominic was fantastic. He was Totally straight up about what the issues were with my car and friendly and pleasant throughout. My only complaint is that it took a little bit over 4 hours when I was told two to three hours. And the person who told me that by the way was not Dominic. But the guy that told me that? Was very very good as well. He was very courteous and he actually was helping Dominic out when he started out everything for me and he did that very well. For whatever reason it just took a little longer than he said. ??

The service was top notch. Every question was answered and my concerns were quickly addressed in a professional manner. Excellent. I would not give 5, I would give 10+ scores.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Arcee provided excellent service and the videos I received regarding my vehicle are helpful.

This was my first time working with Arcee. Me met me in the lot upon arrival. He also stayed in constant phone contact throughout the day.
