I actually got a much better deal on an oil change from your dealership than the specific to oil change stores out there. And of course you used the exact synthetic oil and filter that Nissan recommends. All in all, a great value and it was done fairly quickly. I had made an appointment only an hour before and they took me right in at the appointment time and promptly called me to tell me that it was finished as soon as the work was completed. 5 ??'s!!

Fast and efficient battery replacement. Pricing of battery could have been a little more reasonable. Professional service and installation is good.

Communication from the dealership has been inconsistent and dismissive. My service representative did not return calls. The service manager did not follow through promised updates and the dealership has repeatedly failed to acknowledge the seriousness of the mold contaminations inside my vehicle increasing my health concerns.

From the moment I contacted Nissan in the morning to when my 2026 Nissan Pathfinder was delivered the same afternoon, I received honest, clear, transparent communication without any haggles. The experience was seamless and easy, thanks to Keith Gleeson whom I quote “you will have what you want delivered by the end of the day”. And he was not lying. I am very happy with my purchase and thankful to all the staff at Nissan of Torrance!

I had a problem with my air conditioner stopping to shoot out cool air after about 20-30 minutes plus a broken windshield wiper blade. After understanding that it would take about 4 hours to diagnose the problem, I had to call in after 5 hours to understand the status of my repairs. What I got was a 14 point list of all the other items that were wrong... which I never asked for... and there was no status of what I asked to have repaired. It took another half hour to get a status on the repairs that I had requested in the first place. BTW, the 14 point list had severely inflated prices such that I doubt that I will ever them repaired by Nissan of Torrance.

Thanks great service Asha was great ! He made feel at ease. The technician even found stuff that not only old machine didn’t catch but from Carmax previous owners which I bought this car four year ago!! You have now gained a new customer for life!
