Arcee is a great representative but we are annoyed that we have had to wait three weeks to get our car repaired. We appreciate Arcee keeping us in the loop and being pleasant to work with, but the fact that Nissan of Torrance had to order parts from Tennessee, which were then delayed, is frustrating. We appreciate Arcee, not so keen on Nissan. We will never buy another one.

I kept delaying service like a visit to the doctor. Just didn’t want to do it. Arcee made the entire experience painless right up to getting me an Uber back and forth so I wouldn’t have to wait, all day in the lounge.Makes me remember why I keep leasing a Nissan. Arcee always has a smile on his face and kindness in his voice. This has to be my 5th Nissan lease to date. This is the first time I have ever felt like I was really being taken care of. I was able to pull up without an appointment on Saturday morning but did not receive an estimate until 3pm. Had to wait for parts to get delivered and work completed on Tuesday. Eric was great so the issue was the backlogs that were out of his control.
