I went in for service, I was stressing over the services needed, but the team was so informative and helped calm my nerves. Dealing with the staff at Nissan of Torrance was truly a breath of fresh air. I loved that they were so communicative and detailed as I had so many questions regarding the work I was having performed. The techs took videos explaining and the visual was much appreciated. I highly recommend Nissan of Torrance to friends and family!

Totally understand it was busy, but it took them 30 minutes to check me in for service and then 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Had to come up to the front desk twice (even though my vehicle is done) just to have them begin processing my vehicle return. Completely understand how busy they were, but they only had ONE person manage the front desk while multiple other people were just lounging around.

While Marcell was excellent and supportive of my needs, the dealership mechanics ultimately failed to diagnose and solve the persistent issue I was experiencing. When I demonstrated the problem was still present post-service, albeit in a more limited capacity, they acknowledged it but claimed they 'didn't know what other diagnostics to run.' While I appreciate their effort, at the end of the day I would have hoped they could provide a solution for me. The car runs, but not nearly as smooth as it should be given it's very low mileage.

Quick and friendly service. Kept up to date on progress. Would recommend to anyone. Waiting are. Grateful for the coffee bar. Nice touch for the customer. Chairs a bit uncomfortable, but that's the only complaint
