Schedules an appointment at 7am for an oil change. Waited and didn't get my car back until 9:45am. I was the first car. I was told mechanics don't come into 8am. I scheduled at 7am so i could be at work on time but was late due to the amount of time waiting. Gen i was charge for the oil change when with the purchase of my car i was promised 3 free oil changes

I called Rene to ask for the service report for my vehicle after the maintenance was completed. I was told that they were out of the reminder stickers that are normally placed on the windshield. I simply wanted to know when I should return for my next service, including the recommended mileage or month. I also left a voicemail, but until now I have not received any email or follow-up. I am disappointed with the lack of communication.
