Very fair friendly staff. But when my transmission failed I believe they should have given me a loaner car. I’m driving someone up a hill and the car is lagging. Not my fault I had to wait for part

They were very informative and prompt when I first arrived for my appointment. They were quick to ask if I needed anything else besides the oil change and was able to get me out the door as I had to go work.
