My sales representative responded to my requests very quickly, provided the quote, and shot a video of the vehicle I was interested in. We initially scheduled an appointment for Sunday, and he kept in good contact with me throughout. When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting for me at the entrance. He proactively answered all my questions, had the car washed, filled up the gas tank, and took nice photos for my vehicle-pick-up moment.
