The service was done in a timely manner. I had the summer special that included a radiator flush. When I asked Arcee if both the radiator and reservoir caps would be replaced, he said yes to both. When I got my car back, only one was replaced, not the reservoir cap.

great customer service, great communication, my only problem is when i got home and popped my hood to do a quick look over before my road trip i noticed my air intake box was not clamped down and secure, it was just left laying there. It makes me question were there any other oversights
