Poor communication, promising call backs and not following through, voicemail inboxes that aren't checked, etc. They got approval for one repair, then called back later for approval on several other, bigger ones. If they had waited to tell me everything at once, I might not have approved the work. They repeatedly overlooked items I asked them to address and I think they may not actually road test when they say they do.

Arcee was very helpful. Clearly the office was understaffed and he had a lot going on but he did a great job. Only problem was Nissan apparently sent a part that was not functioning so I had to have a rental car for almost a week which was very inconvenient, but other than that everything was great!
