I’ve brought my car in twice in a 2 and a half week span for engine issues that hasn’t been resolved. I left my car at the dealership twice (for 1-2 days each time), as well as took time off of work for my car to still have issues. And as of today my check engine light has come back on. Highly disappointed in the service I receive at Nissan of Torrance. Hence, the rating of 1 star. I think management and the mechanics at Nissan of Torrance are subpar.

Nissan is a terrible car. My rougue 23. Smells like gas inside the cabin. Apparently a known issue with Nissan with NO FIX. So I'm supposed to drive around in a toxic car?! Unacceptable!

Brought my car in for a maintenance inspection and oil change. Inspection was done quickly and they sent a detailed video and list of maintenance suggestions afterwards - super helpful.

Further not sure what liquid was used to wipe the driver side window as cannot see and same used on driver side door. I still await clarification as to why I have to Service this car after 5,000 miles when my Sentra i have to do after 10,000.
