The staff members are always nice and really helpful. Whenever I'm there to get my car looked at it does take a while but they offer a lift service and there's also a mall just up the street. The staff member that was helping me in the auto repair side was named Jimmy. He was very nice and extremely helpful I came in just to get an oil change but I had questions about another issue that was going on with my car and he immediately looked into it.

Alisa was awesome. She has set the bar high on my opinion. I have dealt with 4 or 5 service advisor since i took possesion of my truck from your dealership. she made everything as easy as possible. From leaving the vehicle, eta on repair, transpo going back to the dealership. And when i got there, the vehcike is ready and parked in front. she explained what was done and keys were handed to me. Excellent service. It took longer for u er to find my house than getting my car from service. Again, excellent job.

Christian has provided me all the information I need about my new car. He is excellent! I also had very good experience with Nissan Torrance. The process is straightforward and didn’t give me any problems. I will recommend this place to any looking for new Nissan cars.

This doesn't reflect Torrance Nissan in anyways. However my 2012 Murano with mear 52700 Miles required CVT Transmission replacement and Air Conditioner Blower had to be replaced as well. I ended up spending close to $ 6K. I called Nissan North America who were not much help, although there is a Class Action Law Suit for the Transmission Issue, they ignored stating that my Car is passed Warranty period. Anyways Alisa Retunski was very pleasant, helpful and enjoyable to deal with and she made/took every effort to help me out by lowering my Bill. I thank Alisa and her Manager. Thank ...

Dropped car off for repairs and our car was ready when they said it would be. They also found other repairs needed that was covered by our warranty. Over $2K worth of repairs and thanks to Nissan original warranty and our extended warranty we paid $100 (deductible) out of pocket. Good service as expected. Would've given five stars if it weren't for the Obsorbent labor fees.

The manager David solved the problem. The miscommunication with the service rep was fixed immediately


Good service I brought my car for preventative maintenance and brake flush and I purchased parts for Torrance Nissans here.

The service representative for my appointment was argumentative and did not follow my request nor her supervisors when it came to my service communication protocol requested. Had to deal with management and service technician directly because of her constant disregard of my request and her attitude. I've been coming to Nissan Torrance since 2018, but due to the lack of qualified service representatives they are no longer my service provider of choice and nor do I recommend them anymore. I do have hope for improvement because of the current Service Manager David Campos and Operations Manager Jonathan Ong.

I rest easy knowing that Nissan of Torrance takes care of all my automotive needs. Look for Richard Burns, he gets it done.

Cesar was an attentive employee. He noticed I was waiting for almost 15mins by the waiting area with appointment line and asked if I was already being helped. I said no and he quickly attended to me. I was there for an oil change but showed me how bad my tires are. I was supposed to drive up North to visit family and advised not to or I would most likely get a flat or blown up tire.
