He answered every question before I even got to the lot and by the time I showed up I was able to take a test drive, appraise my old vehicle, and leave with a new vehicle all in about 1 hour. I got a horrible deal on my car and I put down $12,000. It took me almost a year to get the oil change I was promised. After the oil change there was something missing out of my car. I called and asked the team and they said they’d call me back and they never did. Thanks guys!

My Tues 2p first oil change and one tire replacement took 4.5 hours and the free wash would have extended the time, which is beyond ridiculous. Capri was nice enough but it would have been nice to receive at least one update prior ti me asking for a status update 3.5 hrs in. The link with updates never updated and only showed the start of my service. First off Thank you Carlos and Miguel at Nissan of Torrance from the second I stepped foot inside this dealership Carlos made sure to understand my situation and help me get into one of the most reliable vehicles they have available, from start to finish they were very transparent about the finance and maintenance that came along with the purchase and Miguel made the paperwork process a walk through the park. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or pre certified vehicle to come on by and ask for Carlos and Miguel you won’t be disappointed.

Chris in the service department was very nice and helpful, and best of all, he didn’t try to push a lot of repairs on me.
