I brought my vehicle in for service and was informed that the work would take approximately four hours to complete. The dealership arranged an Uber ride for me to return home while my vehicle was being serviced. He made the whole process feel straightforward and transparent. When I contacted his direct line or sent him a text, he always responded promptly and listened to all my concerns. I've been here several times. Everything was very good. Dominic was fantastic. He was Totally straight up about what the issues were with my car and friendly and pleasant throughout. This was my second time going into the dealership for a radio issue and I set up a second appointment because the issue was not resolved, on 6/15 I wasted my time going into the dealer because I was told by Rene that there wasn't anything he could do because I didn't have proof of my issue. I wasted 2 hours of time at the dealership and I am now putting in a case with Corporate until my issue is resolved
Arcee was great. He was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything without me having to ask and was super professional and was just really helpful. It was very refreshing! Also, the mechanic who took my car and drove the car back at the end was just a really nice guy as well! It was a great visit overall!

I was told my oil change would be $39.99 upon completion I was charged over $50.
I came in with a check light engine on and warranty. Marcell reassured me everything would be fine and my car would get fixed. Excellent communication and when things took a turn I wasn't left without a car

I went in for service, I was stressing over the services needed, but the team was so informative and helped calm my nerves. Dealing with the staff at Nissan of Torrance was truly a breath of fresh air. I loved that they were so communicative and detailed as I had so many questions regarding the work I was having performed. The techs took videos explaining and the visual was much appreciated. I highly recommend Nissan of Torrance to friends and family!
Totally understand it was busy, but it took them 30 minutes to check me in for service and then 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Had to come up to the front desk twice (even though my vehicle is done) just to have them begin processing my vehicle return. Completely understand how busy they were, but they only had ONE person manage the front desk while multiple other people were just lounging around.
